Cheesy Bacon and Pumpkin Gnocchi

Enoy in the ultimate comfort food with this Cheesy Bacon and Pumpkin Gnocchi recipe. Creamy pumpkin sauce, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese create a delicious and satisfying dinner recipe. 

Ingredients needed:

Cook the gnocchi to the package directions. Cook bacon until crispy. Whisk together bacon fat and flour to form a roux. 

Cook the roux and then add minced garlic.

Add the milk and cream and stir until a sauce has formed. 

Add the pumpkin puree and seasonings.

Add the sage and cooked gnocchi.

Fold in cheese and bacon. 

Top with extra bacon, cheese, and serve.
