Cheesy Baked Cod with Veggies

This baked cod recipe is covered with veggies and cheese for a tasty and easy dinner idea! It’s made with cajun-seasoned cod fillets smothered in provolone cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.

Ingredients needed:

Season the cod with lemon juice and cajun seasoning. Bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, saute the veggies in some olive oil. 

Top each fillet with veggie mixture. 

Add provolone cheese and bake additional 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
