Easy Summer Pesto with Almonds


This pesto with almonds is an easy summer recipe that is perfect for everything from pasta salads to pizzas. It’s a delicious and affordable alternative over traditional made with pricey pine nuts.

Ingredients needed:

Toast the almonds in a dry skillet and combine with garlic and lemon juice in a food processor. 

Add the basil and pulse a few times. Then, add the parmesan cheese and pulse again. 

With the processor running add the olive oil. Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
