Creamy Truffle Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Regular mashed potatoes get a makeover with this Creamy Truffle Parmesan Mashed Potatoes recipe. Truffle and Parmesan add a luxurious twist. It's the perfect side dish for a gourmet dinner!

Ingredients needed:

Boil your potatoes and gently warm your butter, milk, garlic cloves, rosemary, and truffle oil in a small saucepan over low heat. 

After the potatoes are done cooking and drained, strain the milk mixture over the potatoes.

Whip the potatoes with a hand mixer or mash with a potato masher. 

Add the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
