Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees. Meanwhile, toss the carrots in a mixing bowl with the olive oil and ranch seasoning mix until evenly coated.
Add the carrots to the air fryer and roast for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned and tender, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Serve immediately with fresh dill for garnish, if desired.

Tips:
Make sure that you spread the carrots out in an even, single layer to ensure even cooking. Work in batches if necessary.
Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days. To reheat, place ranch carrots back in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes or until warmed through.
