Air Fryer Ranch Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. carrots (baby, chip-style, or whole cut into 2-inch sticks)
  • 2 tablespoons light-tasting olive oil (or other light-colored oil like canola or avocado)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (about 1 packet)
  • Fresh dill, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees. Meanwhile, toss the carrots in a mixing bowl with the olive oil and ranch seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  • Add the carrots to the air fryer and roast for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned and tender, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Serve immediately with fresh dill for garnish, if desired.

Notes

Tips:
  • Make sure that you spread the carrots out in an even, single layer to ensure even cooking. Work in batches if necessary. 
  • Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days. To reheat, place ranch carrots back in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes or until warmed through. 
DIY Ranch Mix
  • ¼ cup dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried chives
  • 2 teaspoons salt
